Pick Ups
Mornington Click and Collect: – Order and Pick up is always free.
- Next day morning pickups before 10am require the order by 3pm the day prior as they will be packed that afternoon.
- Same day afternoon pick ups require the order to be placed before 12pm on the day as they will be packed between 12 – 3pm ready for the after school rush.
- All orders require 3 hours notice and can’t be guaranteed ready if ordered late. If you miss the deadline for Click and collect you can always call your order in on 6742 0273, we’ll still do our best to have it ready.
A customer account needs to be set up on the first Click and Collect and then you login the next time so it is much faster. The system should save your favourite products
Even though you are just picking up, eWay requires a full customer address to comply with anti-money laundering legislation.
Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavour to get the weight of meats as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount. Your card will only be charged for the actual weight of product you receive.
Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions, please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.
While the inventory of fresh products can be difficult to manage, if there are any items we do not have at all, we will let you know (e.g. milk, bread, external supplier products).
Deliveries
General Delivery information:
We deliver to households and businesses weekday mornings 8-10am (excluding public holidays) and Saturday mornings by prior arrangement.
Next day morning deliveries require the order submission by 3pm the day prior.
All deliveries will be paid for before leaving the shop, via eft/credit card to ensure the security of our staff not carrying cash. When placing your order via phone, a staff member will call you back with the exact total of your order and to take payment over the phone.
It is best if someone is home for the delivery, if no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer.
Failed delivery:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Delivery charges:
We offer delivery within Gunnedah town limits.
A Delivery Fee of $10 is payable if the order is less than $100. This is to cover staff time and vehicle costs.
Delivery is FREE for orders of $100 or more
Returns and refunds After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention by calling 6742 0273 as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
